Kobe Bryant was one of my favorite NBA stars. His Rookie year (1996-97) was the height of my early collecting. I remember buying packs upon packs trying to get his top rookie cards because he was so talented and exciting to watch. He brought the life back to the Lakers.
Kobe will be remembered by all of us, and will be rightfully inducted into the Hall of Fame this year. My thoughts are with his family and friends. We have all lost a legend, but those closest to him have lost even more.
I'm still in shock after hearing the unimaginable news of his death. Collecting, trading and exchanging trading cards is one way we can keep the memories of him alive, and I know it's something I and my collector friends will continue to do.
Over the past 24 years, I have a put together a vast collection of his rookie cards, autographs, and memorabilia that I do want to share with other fans. All of these cards have been part of my personal collection. If you see a card without a price, it means I am just unsure of how to price it. You are welcome to make an offer on it, just use the offer box provided on the detail view.
